
Not always easy to decide what to eat again. This time it became a delicious quick pumpkin lasagna.
Ingredients:
- sweet peppers
- cubes of tomatoes
- tomato paste
- onions
- pumpkin
- mozzarella
First make tomato sauce of your choice. I had a lot of onions and sweet peppers that had to be on. Ideal and mouthwatering! Tomato cubes and tomato paste, so you can get ready.
Cut the pumpkin into flat slices. Switch between a layer of sauce, pumpkin and mozzarella. Finish with pumpkin with a thin layer of sauce + mozzarella.
Then 40 minutes at 180 degrees (Mind you, every oven is different). Delightful!
Tip: make it in an ikeas dish with lid then you can also freeze it!!!
