A forgotten vegetable, leaf sauce. A shame, actually, because it is easy to grow in the vegetable garden and it is a tasty, healthy and versatile vegetable to use. What is your favorite recipe with Leaf Sauce?
The first harvest this year from my vegetable garden (little).
The leaves (turnip stalks) were 15 cm high, so they could be cut.
There are many delicious recipes with this easy vegetable vegetable. I cut them off, hoping they will run out again. Who knows, maybe we'll be able to harvest from it again.
I sowed the leaf sauce directly into the vegetable garden border in February. That can be quite full, and you don't have to thin it out either.

Bladmoes lijkt op raapstelen. Maar raapstelen worden van koolsoorten, en dan voornamelijk van meiknol gesneden. Bladmoes kan je gewoon zaaien net als snijbiet.

bladmoes zijn dus eigenlijk raapsteeltjes?? Als kind veel gegeten nooit geweten dat die er zo uitzien. Lekkere maaltijd hadden jullie!!
