Last week, I was browsing a Greek cookbook. I do that often, to get inspiration. But I also do it because I relax from the leaves in cookbooks. Look at pictures, get hungry, get inspired. And during the leaves, I saw a leek casserole. Of course I'll give it my own twist. That's exactly what I like most about cooking. Baking bread, biscuits or pastries is something else. There's not much to experiment with that. Of course there are various loaves and pastries, but there is not much to deviate from that recipe.

By the way, I last saw in a German supermarket where the name starts with an A and ends with an I, a package for a leek casserole. And what to add, well, about the same ingredients as the one in this dish. Please note: this dish is prepared without that package. And with that without the extra salt and other flavor enhancers. Because I keep saying it, taste comes from nature and not from a pack.

And sometimes I use a ready-made fresh package. Like a while ago from the savory pie. Just to try it out. But also because I do not often make savory cakes in this way. For example, I see cauliflower rice or zucchini in the shops. And why do I wonder? When you buy it yourself, ask yourself. Because you're paying a lot of money for it. Take a look at the cost of cauliflower and look at the price of that bowl of cauliflower rice. How durable is it. Not of course. By the way, from such a cauliflower I eat three times.

It happens that this morning, in the digital version of the AD, I read an instructive article about these missiles. The most instructive was the remark that these packages are outright MONEYMAKERS. And then not for the client, you get that. KLIKHIERVEINK will return for my recipe of course. #watetenwevandaag #meatlessmonday #recepten
