Reading the book of Latin American legends, I decided to share a small portion of a story that I liked very much.
The chained of Michelena...
This legend is native to Venezuela.
in the middle of 1925 lived a good young boy and in love named José, said he had his official girlfriend but he was always with each other..
His father-in-law, he waited for him one night with a jug and chased him all over the village of Michelena, jigging him to kill him, and sent the body to be thrown away without giving it a Christian burial.. one day he saw how a figure of a man appeared in front of him, indeed it was the spirit of Joseph who called him and told him that he had to pay his crime.
Over the years, the neighbors began to see a terrifying horror coming down from the cemetery, with a black tunic, bright eyes and long chains hanging by their arms, dragging them down the cobblestone streets.
This story is part of the culture of my Venezuelan brothers, for whom I feel great appreciation.
