Lemonade that changes tonality...!

You will see the surprise face of your children when you manage to change the color of their lemonade with a simple chemical reaction that transforms violet into pink.

For this we will need.

Water, Saucepan, a glass pot, honey or sugar, lemon juice and edible violet flowers..!

We will proceed with following the steps below.

Let violet flowers infuse in hot water until they leave their color in the liquid.

In a glass jar add violet water with the amount of honey or sugar you want.

In a separate jar squeeze a lemon and reserve the obtained juice.

Pour lemon juice into jar with colored water and mix until violet turns into pink.

You'll be wondering how it works, because the lemon acid makes the violet lighten until it becomes pink.

A very easy alternative to make a refreshing, healthy and magical drink.
