#Leonie is a woman in her 40s, she could be your neighbor. After her divorce, she builds her new life. With neighbor Mandy she has dinner appointments of the good kind: Mandy cooks! Love also comes around the corner, with all the consequences that entails.

Obviously, it didn't take long before an answer came to Leonie's e-mail to Erik. She read the mail in the break at work. Erik hadn't read his e-mail three times to get the spikes out. He wrote that she had no interest in what was happening in his household. That he himself decides who he did and did not deal with and what he did with it and what he did or did not tell his children about it. That she had wasted her right to that when she had to divorce if necessary. She had sat him in the garbage just as he was picking up again, she thought it was necessary to give him another shovel.

Leonie sighed. Oh, y'all. This was not the intention, and she did not expect this. She also thought it was completely unjustified that Erik responded to her e-mail like that. Grumbling and swearing, she walked to the coffee machine. She came by Juith's desk, who saw her stomping by and a minute later also called in to the coffee machine. “What is the matter with you? Everything good?” she asked Leonie. Leonie looked at her wild, suddenly realizing that she was at work and what she was supposed to look like. “Eeeh, yes, at least...” she chopped. Judith pointed to the dining tables that were in the kitchen. “Come sit down,” she said and pushed Leonie towards the chairs. Once she sat down, Leonie sighed deep again and looked at Judith. “Mail from Erik. He has a girlfriend, at least, that's what the kids think. So I confronted him with how he handled that, by mail, and now I just see that he sent back an email,” she dropped a break and looked at Judith. She felt that her head was red and warm. “Angry?” informed Judith. “Sir informs me that I should not interfere! Like they're not my children, too! All three of them were totally upset, Julia was angry and upset because she saw that they were kissing!” She put her hand in front of her mouth because she suddenly realized how loud she was talking and that the colleagues in the room next door could hear her.

How wonderful to have a colleague like Judith! They talked about it together. Leonie would have wanted to reply to Erik's e-mail in the same tone, but that would have just thrown oil on the fire. She would think about it for a while and then answer the e-mail in good terms.
