#Leonie is a woman in her 40s, she could be your neighbor. After her divorce, she builds a new life with her three children. Her parents live nearby and her sister is expecting her second child. Her friend Ilse has relationship problems and her neighbor Mandy has dinner appointments of the good kind: Mandy cooks!

Leonie had quickly taken two desserts at the supermarket, because tonight was her dinner night at Mandy! It had become tiramisu, ready in a single tray. Leonie had also made tiramisu and of course that was a lot better, but she had no time and desire to make something herself. Fortunately, Mandy didn't expect that from her either.

“Hey, honey!” Mandy greeted her and kissed her on her cheek. Leonie smelled the sweet scent of Mandy's perfume. “You smell so good!” She said. Mandy nodded. “Yes, that's the advantage of my profession, always perfume from the tax-free shop! Come with me to the kitchen, I have to pay attention to the fish”. She laughed at Leonie's face. “Yes yes, today it is so far, today we eat fish! And yes, you like that.” Leonie smiled but was also a little scared. She was hoping she'd really like it. In the kitchen was a frying pan on the stove containing two pieces of salmon. “Most people like that, including those who don't like fish,” Mandy said. “I really hope so,” said Leonie not entirely convinced.

When the mugs of salmon were browned on all sides, Mandy skillfully put them on the plates and then removed a baking dish from the oven that was filled with vegetables, looks like pointed pepper and sweet potato. It smelled deliciously like the herbs that were in the bowl. Mandy scooped it on the plates. “Come with me,” she said, and she walked with the signs to the living room. “Look!” said Mandy and nodded towards the dining table. “I thought, if I eat regularly with someone, I could also buy nice table linen”. On the table lay a beautiful tablecloth, white with green branches, with blue and pink flowers growing. At the plates lay pink matching napkins. “I also have blue and green napkins to match it,” Mandy said. “Bought in a cutest shop somewhere in Malaysia, where I spent a few days at work.” It's really beautiful,” Leonie said admiringly. Mandy put the plates down, oh, fish! Leonie almost forgot.
