After my first school year in Curacao, I have already had some #ulcers Had. (ulcers are inflammations mainly come to the ends of the hands/feet). During my exam for beautician, I had a huge ulcer on my knee. After the first part of my exam we could take a break, I bumped my knee against the table and my very beautiful white pants turned red.

In 2007 I met my husband, I immediately told him what I have, but he stayed and we have been married for 10.5 years now. I never made it a secret that I would like to have six children, two would be enough for him, but he did let him know that he could also live without children if only he had me. Despite that discussion, it wasn't so easy to get pregnant. Actually, we already knew this, because they had already warned me that this disease would not go so fast.

Pregnancy test 1: Exciting, I was two weeks late and would do a pregnancy test at home: negative... After 3 weeks I didn't feel well, huge abdominal pain, I seemed like 7 months pregnant so swollen my stomach was. But to the doctor anyway, he made an appointment at the gyneocologist. A week later, I was sitting there waiting, and I was allowed to go in. Once inside, another gyneocologist was retrieved. They showed me the ultrasound in one amniotic sac, two lifeless babies. I should be 12 weeks pregnant but my babies had stopped growing at about 10/11 weeks.

Until next time...
