At breakfast it could be a glass of orange juice, a pear or a kiwi.

* Food cream of potatoes and leek, red pepper stuffed with rice.
*Snack a glass of coconut, almond or soy milk and tofu.
* Stir fry dinner of broccoli, squash and tofu.

Fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, grains and mushrooms are the staples of vegan food
