Lion tinkering with toddlers
The theme of wild animals is a theme that often occurs in schools, playrooms, childcare and clubs. Well, think of something that doesn't cost much and is easy, even for the little ones. Because cardboard plates are cheap and popsicle sticks are widely available, here we made an example of a lion with 32 wooden sponged manes.
Of course, it can also be maned with pieces of wool, strips of foam rubber, plastic, strips of curled paper or strips of clay, which you paint yourself.
Because we have the fine Creall Spongy Tint lying here, we have sponged the sign and sticks with it. The bottles of watercolor have a handy sponge cap that allows you to quickly and without tampering, give your work pieces a nice color.

The sign is stamped with yellow. The Spongy Tint dries within a few minutes, after that you can immediately start gluing sticks to the plate. Draw stripes on the plate with Creall Hobby glue and then place the sticks on top. Allow to dry for 10 minutes, then the ice sticks are firmly fixed! Then you can easily sponge the sticks with yellow, orange and brown.

Curious about Spongy Tint? That is understandable, because you can go in many directions and it is ideal for tinkering with small children! Click on the pictures below for more info .
