Looking Down

"Often, we're advised to look up, to aim high, to reach for the stars. But what if, for just a moment, we shifted our perspective and looked down instead?

Looking down, we see the paths we've traveled, the footprints we've left behind. We witness the earth beneath our feet, the solid ground that supports us, sustains us. We notice the intricate patterns of life unfolding in every step we take.

From this vantage point, we find gratitude for the journey, for the lessons learned along the way. We appreciate the beauty of simplicity, the quiet moments of reflection that ground us in the present.

So let us not only look up to the sky but also look down to the earth, to the foundation upon which we stand. For in looking down, we discover the roots of our existence, the essence of our being, and the profound interconnectedness of all things."

Iedereen heeft zijn eigen Olympus te beklimmen: wat je voor anderen doet, of de offers die je brengt, past niet op je LinkedIn-pagina. Mensen hebben last van ‘main character energy’, een term die in 2020 opkwam en zoiets betekent als ‘de hoofdpersoon zijn in je eigen verhaal’.
