Low-carb trial with basic ingredients top or flop?

“Who doesn't dare who doesn't win,” my mother used to tell me. And with these words, I went into the kitchen cabinets to see what I had left for ingredients and what I could possibly make of them.

Now I immediately caught my eye on these versatile basic ingredients:
Eggs, almond flour, grated cheese and a waffle iron.

@Lichtophethart depends on which 😊 it is low in carbohydrates. But there are also plenty of them from the supermarket that are packed with carbohydrates, compare well before you buy it
