Low-carbohydrate Carrot Fries

For 1 serving, approx. 2 people
2 winter peen2 eggs75 gr Parmesan cheese2 tbsp pankochili flakes pepper1/2 tsp dried coriander1 dish homemade tzatziki
Needed: baking sheet, baking paper, 2 dishes
Prepare: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking tray (or grate) with parchment paper.
Put 2 dishes ready. Loosen the eggs in 1 bowl. In the other dish, mix the Parmesan cheese (grated) with the panko (bread crumb), chili flakes and pepper.
Cut off the ends of the carrot. Scrap the carrot clean and then cut into fine strips. Size french frieze, about 0.5 cm thick and not too long.
First pass the carrot fries through the beaten egg and then through the Parmesan bread crumb mixture. Put the fries on the parchment paper.
It's just a little dress but do this with all the sliced carrot fries. Finally, sprinkle some dried coriander over the fries. Then shift the baking tray into the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Serve the carrot fries with homemade tzatziki and feast!
