I had some bags of hazelnut flour lying around that are going to run near the date so I had to make something with this. That's how I still love crackers and bread... I know!! But it's just so good with a nice spreads. So we'll just make a low-carbohydrate version.

What do we need and what do we lay out?

First of all, clean workplace. This is so in the interest of shelf life for your recipes. A large bowl a measuring cup, baking paper, mixer, kitchen scale, frying pan and of course an oven

Ingredients: 30 grams of hazelnut flour, 45 grams of hemp, 15 grams of sunflower seeds, 15 grams of sesame seeds, 60 grams of bran 3 tbsp psyllium (I always use the gut cleanser of the powder keg, make sure you take the natural) Snuf salt and 300 ml of water

Briefly roast hazelnut flour with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in your frying pan. Make sure it doesn't get too dark because they still have to be in the oven. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the water. You will now get a homogeneous dough. Here you scoop out 12 balls (40 grams approximately each) and spread on baking paper to half a cm thick cracker. On a large baking sheet in the oven and bake in about 40 minutes at 175 degrees. When the oven is ready, leave it closed and let it cool. Not every oven is the same so keep an eye on that it does not go too hard because then they burn and are sin.

Klinkt lekker ! Ik maak ook regelmatig zelf mijn crackers. Misschien nog even vermelden dat je ze best op bakpapier legt op je bakplaat. Maakt het makkelijker om ze er af te scheppen.
enigma goed idd. Zonder bakpapier wordt het idd niks ;-)
Lijkt me lekker!
