Follow-up story Kalle and Pietje, part 224
At lunch, Pietje tells Ellen that she will be released tomorrow. Ellen is happy for Pietje, but also disappointed. I'm going to miss my buddy, she says with a dazed face. The bread spontaneously falls out of her wide open mouth.
Judith hears this too and seizes her chance. Do you know what this means, Ellen?, she exclaims. That you will crawl for me from now on! With a grin on her face, she grabs Ellen and pulls her back to the floor. Immediately she sits on top of her and cuts across Ellen's face with a knife. It's going to be a bloody, terrifying display.
Disgusting, Judith! Mel's words echo through the hall. Ellen hears them, but knows deep down that she can't do anything else. She is signed. This will never leave her mind. She is at the mercy of Judith's whims.
