7 ripe vine tomatoes
2 wood teats
1 cucumber
1 fennel
1 stalk of celery
1 red bell pepper
1 white onion
3 sprigs of parsley
1 red pepper without seeds
Preparation:
Clean all vegetables and cut into pieces. Then put everything in a blender or soup maker and blend the juice and season with salt, pepper and possibly some tabasco.
If you make the juice in the soup maker, choose program 1 and then let the juice cool down.
