Many have asked me if within Judaism women can wear makeup. Because in many doctrines of Christianity it is forbidden, as is the use of jewelry.

Well, you see, within Judaism, there is no such prohibition, because in the torah there is no precept that invalidates it, therefore it is valid that Jewish women should be able to wear makeup.

Makeup should go hand in hand with your wardrobe and not be excessive and can cause negative impact on people.

Everything soberly and without excess .

Women are beautiful by nature and within Judaism we seek to highlight beauty, however we must be careful and modesty and not overdo it so as not to provoke the animal instinct in men.

@Carmen Vidal is not how you can imagine it in other religions women cannot exercise any authority and here if. I speak it from my experience for now in my congregation I am the leader since our church leader had to travel to another country and come back... Show more

@Luciana Massoud I understand you in Islam they are a little stronger in that regard but they have very similar things friend as you say we can make up without excess and we can wear jewelry Orthodox Jewish women wear wigs or completely cover their hair those who are married
