Marathan, meanwhile

On the #socials I came across the quote above. Doubt limits you - so believe in your abilities, trust the course of events and stimulate yourself to do more. A nice piece of poetic prose to kick off this day, we thought. Of course, I have doubts now and then. Isn't the intended target time at just over 42 kilometers a little too optimistic, compared to the intervals I've now noted? Will I be able to hold back, save my strength, walk dosed enough? Doubts that are established are no longer doubts, rather certainties. After all, I firmly believe in my own abilities, I am also confident about my plan of action and the path that has now been taken, and at the same time I am constantly looking ahead.
Planning productivity in the process took a lot of effort. Firstly, because paid work simply takes up a significant part of the available time and some free moments are quite unsuitable for training work. If five or six runs a week are filled in pencil, a swimming session does not seem ideal to combine with holder-de-boulder and a long walk on the beach is always a good idea, except when the weather is at the beach with an o. Added the gym and yoga exercises only to find out that another one needs to be scheduled because exercising together is simply much more fun.
Faster, higher, stronger and consistent. The upward trend alongside the schedule, which is a simplified view of the process. Step by step and bit by bit working towards recovery. Keep a close eye on which food works when. Recovering after a long run, or stacking before an intense workout, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks - and then the moisture balance.
On the mental level, I'm currently making more meters. Resilience in thoughtfulness, attention to breathing and a smooth sleep-wake rhythm. One of the few factors that I have almost no influence on is the weather. Performing the workout indoors is a good alternative.
