José Antonio Abreu Anselmi was a musician who brought a new sparkle to Venezuela and expanded a way of working music for children and young people of rare resources. He founded the Venezuelan National Youth Orchestra and the National System of Youth, Children and Pre-Children's Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela. He had the titles of performing teacher, master composer and orchestral conductor obtained at the José Ángel Lamas Higher School of Music in Caracas, considered one of the cultural and musical icons of Venezuela was the master of the great Dudamel that has had so many awards worldwide and Huascar Barradas extraordinary flutist recognized in the world.
