Medanos de Coro, desert and lots of fun

#traveling The Coro dunes are located near the city of Coro. There are two ways to enter: through the park entrance (recommended) and also from the road that leads from Coro to Paraguaná.

They are part of a national park, established to protect them. It is a must stop for all tourists, who have fun climbing them and wallowing along its slopes.

There, every day, a relentless struggle takes place, when the sands cover what few trees there are, until they drown them and turn them into dry logs. In fact, the dunes are not static: due to the effect of the wind they move every day. So every time you go, you'll see a different landscape.
