So you can see that there are plenty of possibilities to eat tasty with not too much carbohydrates! I keep this blog and I want to try some recipes. I too would like to lose a few pounds if I can.

What variety of healthy eating rich food I would like to have right now ham cheese evuelto egg lol provoke me and are rich with little Carbohydrate good for diet and maintain good health. Eating healthy can go hand in hand to eat tasty, are good publications to put in our daily diet 👍

Oopsies, I had to Google that again.. A funny name for low-carbohydrate buns. The reason for this diet is I suspect to lose weight. Such diets are generally ketogenic. That is, they limit carbohydrate intake to such an extent to cause ketosis. For the rest, these recipes seem to me to be high-calorie.
