Method:

  • Roll with a clayroller an even slice of about 0.5cm thick
  • With a cup, cup or a glass, press a round shape
  • With a Modificator you make an edge, the inside you press a bit flatter so that the edge is a little higher

  • Prick relief with a sateprikker in your pizza base and salami
