Mini Staphorst And Yet So Beautiful!

#KLEDERDRACHTSTAPHORST 😍 Staphorst () is a village in the Dutch province of Overijssel. Staphorst is the fourth largest town in North West Overijssel (also called the Kop van Overijssel), after the towns Kampen, Steenwijk, IJsselmuiden and Genemuiden.
Together with Rouveen, Staphorst forms a typical example of ribbon construction on the Oude Rijksweg/Gemeenteweg. Striking about Staphorst and Rouveen are the (bright) green shutters in combination with (bright) blue window sills, doors with above the front door often a so-called tree of life and the traditional costume that was worn from young to old by men and women. Children who walk in traditional costume permanently or only in winter are already a rarity. You don't see adult men walking in it anymore, except for a few elderly men. Adult women who walk in traditional costume are still quite a lot. Since 1937, the General Local Ordinance stipulates that it is forbidden to “photograph a person on or on the road without his permission”. In the past (until 1970) it was a tradition in Staphorst that the children built a farm behind the parents' farm. Thus often a number of farms arose in a row. Due to the lack of space, this is still very little done today.
