Children's feet! As a mother, I find nothing as endearing as children's feet. Always had. But as a mother you sometimes also wear blinders and forget that your baby will not remain a baby.

You somehow remain in a state of denial. And you only discover that when you are photographing the feet of your now 15-year-old son who has fallen asleep on the ground lying in the sun. At the moment you are still endeared until you go to see the photos. That's when you need to ask yourself what the hell you've been doing.

And only then do you realize your mistake. No matter how cute, sweet and kind your child is. It's really a mistake to think that your 15 year old's feet are still cute.
