After the explicit advice not to have my camera dusted (anymore) I went on the road again. Armed with a pair of different lenses and a set of macro rings, to give the little bugs a little fun.

On my walks and bike rides in the immediate vicinity, I encounter fun critters every now and then. Small, sometimes slightly larger. Sometimes you can make some surprising discoveries in your own backyard (as in the header photo). I've collected a few of those critters below.

At this time of year, the mushrooms also shoot out like mushrooms, and I managed to snare some specimens to pose for me.

When it comes to names I'm unfortunately 'not very savvy', but luckily you don't always need the name to enjoy it.
