Fifteen years ago, when you looked out the window at night, the lights were bright yellow with a lot of intensity, radiating a lot of heat into the environment due to incandescent bulbs; in 2006 it was implemented through the Energy Revolution Mission and the policy of replacing incandescent bulbs a change by bulbs fluorescent, in Venezuela began to look blue their nights, that other nuance gave a fresher air to the city, This test had its turn, because such bulbs were very polluting, our country unfortunately does not have a culture of handling toxic products, nor recycling, the mercury vapor that these bulbs possesses is very harmful to the environment and living things, after providing the population for more than 5 years. For 2013 the decision is made to replace other types of saving devices such as Led that are more durable and friendly to the environment, such bulbs were granted to the population at no cost, changing those who were in the house for these new.
The substitution policy was not maintained over time, nor is it sought less populist strategies that would allow the acquisition for possible substitutions, this is bringing as a consequence the return of incandescent bulbs

It is right the yellow bulbs tend to give heat and they are not very good, those of white light that the government dono are of better quality but every change we are going back in everything now to get a bulb like this is not accessible to buy and we have to return to the yellow bulbs.
