"black Beauty" Coming Soon!
Hello, dear Yoors users!
Today I would like to share with you some news about an upcoming movie, called "Black Beauty". It is a modern-day adaptation of the book by Anna Sewell. This adaptation will focus on the relationship between Jo Greene (who is the genderswapped version of the character Joe Greene from the book) and the horse Black Beauty. The movie is directed by Ashley Avis, who is enthusiastic about horses herself in real life.
Jo, who is portrayed by Mackenzie Foy, has been recently orphaned. She is only seventeen years old. She has to move to live with her uncle, who will introduce her to the world of horses and she will find a kindred spirit in a horse, named Black Beauty (voiced by Kate Winslet).
The movie's first stills were released in November last year during the production of the movie. The production of the movie finished in early September and the movie is going to be released on the 27th of November on Disney+. So far, a trailer has not been uploaded online yet.
