This is exactly what I thought when I read the first article. But right away, I thought: “Who will help 1000 people get rid of blindness now? ? “Who does that for you just like that? ?
I also thought: He does a lot of good things through entertainment. Shouldn't that just be the model for charities? ?
still a nice initiative, even if it's not his own money
this is how you have the warmest week in Belgium, which is also a project to collect money for projects that do something for the disadvantaged, but that's what media is about

There was a woman who also received an additional amount of 10,000 dollars after the surgery. Amazing. I couldn't believe he was able to help 1000 people this way. It's always a little weird when people hate someone who does a charity campaign. I think it's jealousy, because maybe deep down everyone would like to do something nice for the other person, or it's just hate, which in my opinion isn't normal. Just be glad that there are people on this face of the Earth who are so good at helping someone else. Helping is exactly the message, not the money.

Pointing fingers at others, digging in dirt: Why?! Often to distract others from their own failures. Who's perfect? Also: let him without sins throw the first stone.
Benefactors rarely become famous for their actions. We will remember war criminals such as Julius Caesar, Napoleon Bonaparte, Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Putin forever.
I don't know this self- proclaimed doctor or philanthropist. I have not understood what his activity consists of but by nature I distrust those who place themselves outside medicine or traditional paths.
I didn't know the man and his work seems very good to me what he does and I think it's very bad that they silence him because that is what they are doing, they are taking away the vision of his work, they prevent the world from seeing that there is goodness in people.
It would be good to research more about this man and see what is true or true about him. In particular I admire people who are dedicated to helping and serving others.
I have not read in depth about this man, but from what little I have read about him, he denotes a very good and humane person, which we should all imitate that way of being with other people
