MrBeast Is Getting Cancelled ... After His Latest Video
After uploading his latest video about curing 1,000 blind people, Twitter is doing it yet again. MrBeast is known for planting trees, cleaning the oceans, donating food and money to people who need it and countless other things that others would not even give one single cent in the first place. This is not the first time MrBeast is getting cancelled for the dumbest thing ever. We have people literally trying to shut down this poor man for trying to change the very thing society is right now: evil. Read further to figure out why they're trying to cancel him now.
Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery
As you can see in the previous video, you can witness Jimmy Donaldson, AKA MrBeast, working together with SEE International to provide Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS) to 1,000 patients, filming their reactions after their successful procedure. This is a 10-minute procedure that can reverse blindness all together, if successful. The most common cause of curable blindness is cataracts and it accounts for nearly 75% of blindness in the world. Some people are born with it and some people develop it overtime. It is incredibly powerful that with the current technology this is curable, however some people don't have access to this technology or can't afford it. And that's exactly what MrBeast is trying to achieve in his video: to raise awareness about this and to show what can be done to reverse this.
"Curing blindness is demonic"
MrBeast is doing an attempt to cure blindness with the money that he has gathered with sponsorships and his merch. This is nothing more than a wholesome act, that even put tears in my own eyes. Seeing the relief, happiness and hope in these people eyes after being able to see again is so satisfying.
Yet some people on Twitter managed to find something evil in MrBeast's kind actions, saying that he is considering 'curing blindness' a game and a source of entertainment by including a progress meter in his video indicating how many people he has cured.
