After uploading his latest video about curing 1,000 blind people, Twitter is doing it yet again. MrBeast is known for planting trees, cleaning the oceans, donating food and money to people who need it and countless other things that others would not even give one single cent in the first place. This is not the first time MrBeast is getting cancelled for the dumbest thing ever. We have people literally trying to shut down this poor man for trying to change the very thing society is right now: evil. Read further to figure out why they're trying to cancel him now.

Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery

As you can see in the previous video, you can witness Jimmy Donaldson, AKA MrBeast, working together with SEE International to provide Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS) to 1,000 patients, filming their reactions after their successful procedure. This is a 10-minute procedure that can reverse blindness all together, if successful. The most common cause of curable blindness is cataracts and it accounts for nearly 75% of blindness in the world. Some people are born with it and some people develop it overtime. It is incredibly powerful that with the current technology this is curable, however some people don't have access to this technology or can't afford it. And that's exactly what MrBeast is trying to achieve in his video: to raise awareness about this and to show what can be done to reverse this.

"Curing blindness is demonic"

MrBeast is doing an attempt to cure blindness with the money that he has gathered with sponsorships and his merch. This is nothing more than a wholesome act, that even put tears in my own eyes. Seeing the relief, happiness and hope in these people eyes after being able to see again is so satisfying.

Yet some people on Twitter managed to find something evil in MrBeast's kind actions, saying that he is considering 'curing blindness' a game and a source of entertainment by including a progress meter in his video indicating how many people he has cured.

This is exactly what I thought when I read the first article. But right away, I thought: “Who will help 1000 people get rid of blindness now? ? “Who does that for you just like that? ?
I also thought: He does a lot of good things through entertainment. Shouldn't that just be the model for charities? ?
still a nice initiative, even if it's not his own money
this is how you have the warmest week in Belgium, which is also a project to collect money for projects that do something for the disadvantaged, but that's what media is about
This week, I saw this clip on TV of the people who couldn't afford it and were reimbursed for such an operation. I love it when someone does that for other people. There was a woman who also received an additional amount of 10,000 dollars after the surgery.... Show more
aah no me beast really is a hero. he is so good at what he does and helping people, poor, but also the normal people, he really does his best.
A good job I didn't really know about this doctor MrBeast, but it's a good project that in a short time can help thousands of people who suffer from this vision problem, it's a good job to be able to help and show the procedure of being able to help this... Show more
Those who are cancelling him don't have a point. I didn't know what was going on. You explain this very well and I haven't watched the video yet. I'll share your post. Hope this will stop soon. I don't like cancelling in general either. Pointing fingers at... Show more
Benefactors rarely become famous for their actions. We will remember war criminals such as Julius Caesar, Napoleon Bonaparte, Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Putin forever.
I think I saw some of this on TV this week. It was quite interesting but I just watched it and didn't really think about it anymore.

Cool
I don't know this self- proclaimed doctor or philanthropist. I have not understood what his activity consists of but by nature I distrust those who place themselves outside medicine or traditional paths.
I didn't know the man and his work seems very good to me what he does and I think it's very bad that they silence him because that is what they are doing, they are taking away the vision of his work, they prevent the world from seeing that there is goodness in people.
It would be good to research more about this man and see what is true or true about him. In particular I admire people who are dedicated to helping and serving others.
I have not read in depth about this man, but from what little I have read about him, he denotes a very good and humane person, which we should all imitate that way of being with other people
Mr. Beast kicked off and Donald Trump brought back. Surely that says enough about Twitter's strange policy (Musk).
