This nutritious and filling breakfast combines the soft texture of quinoa with the classic crunch of oat flakes, nuts and dried fruit. Perfect for those looking for a protein-rich and energy-rich start to the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup of oat flakes
  • 1/4 cup of mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
  • 1/4 cup of dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricots)

Preparation method:

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, quinoa, chopped nuts and dried fruit.
  3. Add extra toppings like seeds or coconut flakes if you like.
  4. Serve with milk, yoghurt or plant-based milk of your choice.
