This nutritious and filling breakfast combines the soft texture of quinoa with the classic crunch of oat flakes, nuts and dried fruit. Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup of oat flakes
- 1/4 cup of mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
- 1/4 cup of dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricots)
Preparation method:
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, quinoa, chopped nuts and dried fruit.
- Add extra toppings like seeds or coconut flakes if you like.
- Serve with milk, yoghurt or plant-based milk of your choice.
