#music Music has many advantages for us, it has an impact on our brain and the different activities we can do while we listen to it. There are many types of music genres and each has a different influence on us. One of the benefits of music is the power it has to help us relax, focus or even improve our mood.

It is more than proven that music directly and indirectly has positive effects on the body, so there are some genres that can help us relax, such as the sound of rain, a flowing river, the singing of a whale... sounds of nature have a cathering power in our body.

Relaxing music with natural and animal sounds improves concentration and performance, therefore I use it a lot in meditation, to my taste I usually make mixes that are combined with classical music and nature sounds.
