Our passion.
Snot, sweat and sore legs.
Missed the exit and a cramp in the toes.
Head over heels, pounding against the wind.
Waiting for who starts the sprint first.
Coming home with mud behind the ears.
Sitting at my Duvel, listening to your chair.
Percentages of obstacles along the way.
Maximum speed and unbreakable driving.
Countless miles, I drove with you.
As a servant in a team, you showed me your loyalty.
As a frontman/sprinter, I can ride your wheel.
You picked me up when I fell again.
We even bought a spot in Flanders,
to take on Belgian climbs.
Our passion, unfortunately. on hold last year.
Letting go of our passion. No, no, wrong thought!
We keep fighting against weather, wind and rain.
Even my illness won't stop us!
Our passion, already experienced in many countries.
I wish that we were given many more kilometers together.
