My Christmas Flowers (learn how to make them)
Today I want to show you these flowers made with foam, or also called rubber paper, in frosted red color for Christmas, I made them as follows
Make two molds of the leaves of the flowers on cardboard, which I take to the rubber paper, cut out and then shape them with the help of an iron, do not be frightened when using the iron, set it to medium temperature and place the petal and once the rubber paper is a little hot, they can give it an undulating shape, so they look more natural.
Then each petal is placed behind a small wire lined with floral tape, a kind of adhesive paper that comes in a roll, there you have the photo to see what it is called or is available in your country.
Once the petals are made, the pistils are placed on another wire, this one lined in green (Floral tape), the petals are added one by one to form the flower of the size you want, finally, cover all the wires with the green floral tape.
It is optional to make the ribs on the petals, but I thought it looks great, with a small scissors for the nails and gently bending the petal, cut out the frost from the rubber paper, it doesn't matter if you ever go over and make a hole, the flowers don't have the perfect petals.
