My father

My dad was not the typical prototype of a father with a strong character who disliked anything, on the contrary; he was the calmest person I knew in my short years.

He was one of those men who liked to see their children excel in anything and was proud of it. He bragged to others about his 3 daughters as if it were a treasure.

Dad wasn't always there, but when he was; he knew how to enjoy it, and he knew how to be present. From his mouth there was always a piece of advice spoken with peculiarity and from his hands there were only many hugs to give and a guitar to play.

Tomorrow marks 5 years since I left this life so suddenly! I miss you
