“I won the National Championship earlier when it was held at Uncle Dave Macon Days. This year they moved it to Maupinfest, and I was so honored to be the first to win the National Championship at the new festival.! I didn't expect to win. Both other finalists were so great. It was such a privilege to dance against the best of the best:)
