Maar... zoals altijd in de natuur zijn er uitzonderingen. De Pinus parviflora is een vijfnaalden-den en lijkt dus op de Larix. Nog een opmerking: Jouw eerste foto is van een Juniperus met naalden en dus geen Picea (Spar). Bij een Picea staan de naalden in rijen tegenover elkaar.

Volgens de evolutietheorie is hij de tussenschakel in de overgang van naaldbomen naar bladplanten. De naaldbomen waren er dus voor de bladverliezers. Misschien kan je er een foto bij plaatsen want de Biloba is zeer bijzonder.
