Esta mañana al pasar por el jardin me puse a contemplar esta hermosa damiana
también conocida como hierba de la pastora, hierba del venado, oreganillo, pastorcilla o rompe camisa macho, es una planta de 15 cm a 2 m de alto de la familia del maracuyá Passifloraceae. Crece en terrenos áridos de América tropical.
Posee propiedades estimulantes y afrodisíacas.
Laxante suave.
Tónico del sistema nervioso similar a la estricnina pero sin su potencial tóxico.
Actúa sobre los centros espinales, estimulando la micción, erección y eyaculación.
Se emplea en impotencia masculina y frigidez femenina, en especial si se debe a causa psíquica,
y es también un antidepresivo potente según la dosis de consumo.
Es maravilloso ver las hermosas creaciones que tiene la naturaleza algo tan sencillo, que nos llena de paz, y oxigeno nos ayuda a neutralizar nuestros pensamientos, y pone a volar nuestra imaginacion.
Al contemplar pequeñas flores como esta, me doy cuenta lo privilegiados que fuimos con la naturaleza, tener tantas variedades de plantas, de diferentes tamaños colores y olores.
Mi reflexion del dia las flores dan descanso a mi mente, cuerpoy me revitaliza y contigo que hace la naturaleza...
