The majestic Araguaney / El majestuoso Araguaney

#nature The majesty of Venezuelan nature, I want to talk about the emblematic tree of this beautiful nation "El Araguaney" and scientifically known as Handroanthus chrysanthus or Tabebuia chrysantha is a colorful tree with yellow flowers; This tree arises in dry forests, so it is not common for any Venezuelan to boast of knowing it myself. I have only been able to see it through photographs.

But in my city Maracaibo there is a botanical garden where there are equally beautiful trees "Los Curarires" these are completely yellow trees that bloom once the first rain falls. It is an astonishingly beautiful phenomenon for Zulians as it transports us to another place to observe that color yellow the only downside is that it can only be seen for three days once a year.


La majestuosidad de la naturaleza venezolana, quiero hablarles del árbol emblemático de esta bella nación “El Araguaney” y conocido científicamente como Handroanthus chrysanthus o Tabebuia chrysantha es un árbol colorido tiene flores amarillas; este árbol surge en bosques secos por eso no es común que cualquier venezolano se jacte de conocerlo yo mismo solo he podido verlo por medio de fotografías.

Pero en mi ciudad Maracaibo existe un jardín botánico donde hay árboles igual de hermosos “Los Curarires” estos son arboles completamente amarillos que florecen una vez cae la primera lluvia es un fenómeno asombrosamente bello para los zulianos ya que nos transporta a otro lugar observar ese color amarillo el único inconveniente es que solo puede verse durante tres días una vez al año.
