Neckermann Reizen helped me after an assault on vacation (Experience story)

Experience story of a woman between 20 and 30 years old.I was helpless. You don't want to stay around with the assaulter after a sexual assault. Unfortunately, the first few days after the sexual assault had to be (about 2 days)

In the meantime, I asked Neckermann how I could file a report as a tourist. It took a while and it took me a bit to call and wait, but she advised me to walk past the Police and accompany questions to the nearest station, or to wait for the tavel agent and get in touch with the police via the travel agent.

Next day came a travel agent who spoke Dutch and to whom I had to tell the event. He said nicely that if I didn't feel comfortable with something, it doesn't have to be told.

After 1.5 days we were transferred to another hotel thanks to Neckermann, all at their understanding and expense. There he asked any questions and asked if I had any questions.

He came back a day after to ask if everything went well and to hand over other papers. I'm grateful to them.
