Negative people
#howtodealwith Dealing with negative people, I think is one of the most difficult barriers to overcome, since we are constantly stumbling upon people who have a negative mindset and attitudes to life.
We must always stay with a positive attitude and thinking, since it is proven that positive people tend to suffer less from heart disease, also increases our psychological, mental and physical well-being, and when we have a positive mindset we will always radiate good energy and at the same time we will attract people positive.
Below I have taken into consideration some features that help us identify negative people..
1. They always complain
This kind of people, they are pessimistic, so they never see the glass half full, but half empty. They're always protesting everything, instead of looking for solutions, they're still lamenting about what happened. Complaints are always against people and situations, so they avoid reflecting on what soon they allan done wrong.
2. They give up the first
Something that characterizes them is that when they begin to feel like they have to try harder than they can give up and this happens because they do not trust their abilities to face adversities. They are of low self-confidence that is almost always linked to low self-confidence.
3. They take everything very hard
They take very personal situations, even those that cannot be changed and as they maintain low self-confidence, everything affects them.
4. They don't live the present and they don't live the present, because they're afraid to confront, they prefer to live in unrealistic expectations, rather than living here and now.
5. Focus on their weaknesses
By having low self-confidence they focus more on their shortcomings than on their virtues, this makes them look at the future with very little optimism.
6. Stay in the comfort zone
When thinking about their weaknesses, they prefer to stay there as they feel comfortable, but in the long run this will not make you grow as a person and be happy
7. They care too much about what people think about them
This happens because the happiness of them depends on external factors, therefore they do not have the ability to be happy for themselves. You must have the ability to go in search of your self-knowledge, to find your own desire and so that happiness does not depend on the valuation of others.
8. They don't control your life
Since you don't have the ability to know yourself to go in search of your dreams, you don't know what you want, you let yourself be influenced by what others think.
9. They do not forgive and hold a grudge
As they live in the past and lamenting, this does not allow them to coincate with themselves. Forgiveness and acceptance are healing attitudes that allow us to close wounds of the past.
These are some characteristics that I have been able to appreciate in these kinds of people, there will undoubtedly be many because that is what these kinds of people have.
Therefore we can deduce that the negative being very little benefit gives us, on the contrary, we run the risk of losing ourselves and thus reaching in extreme cases to lose all value as a human being.
Being positive, grateful and accepting ourselves as we are, but always looking to be better every day, we will raise our energy frequency, so that situations and circumstances will always come to us that will lead us to the consequence of our goals and dreams. Blessings

So it is better to try to surround people who generate good vibe who are not complaining and lamenting at all times.... I always like to surround myself with people who think big and want what's best for themselves and others

I think you can't really call someone a negative person or a positive person. You can't be a positive person all the time and you can't be a negative person all the time. We all have our good and not so good qualities. Just focus on the good and you will have more of the good. If you focus on the negative, you'll attract what you don't want.
