Newspaper Art - Craft a Newsprint Cow

Newspaper art may be too big a word. But that it's a funny craft, with a newspaper, that's for sure. Because by tearing out or cutting out some newsprint, you can make all kinds of work pieces. It's easy, fun to do and see. It's done pretty fast and it costs almost nothing.
Actually, it also needs little explanation.
- Cut out a fun drawing or figure. Take a print from the internet, eg. a coloring page, or this little bit below or draw a nice figure yourself.
- Put it on newsprint, pull it over and cut out.
- Tear 6 strips of colored paper. I used soft pink, soft yellow and soft blue but you can choose your own color combination. Stick them on the sheet of paper in layers over each other. Do that top and bottom.
- Draw a grass strip and clouds on the newspaper with marker. Cut it out.
- Look and slide where the small, grass and clouds should go, and then stick it all.
- I pasted the paper with a simple stick (Pritt/Lero/Stanger). Draw lines with black marker.
- Stick your workpiece on a cardboard colored surface. First, try different colors, and choose the color that suits your workpiece best.
