If you just want to take the tram or metro in Antwerp as a disabled person, you won't even get to the platform. If one can't even ensure that a platform on the ground floor is accessible to everyone, there is still a lot to think about before you can let something like that drive around.
That does look very futuristic. But I think there will be a lot of water flowing to the sea before something like that can also be seen here in Bali. Hopefully I won't go through that again.

Well agree with what @Mevrouw Stip. says. In theory, it seems perfect. Realizing the practice is another story.
