Perform investigations that you don't know. That makes you even more worried and worried. Result: hernia of the disc and a month immobile and located at home...
Second pitfall: thinking when you're sick is also not a good idea. Because you can't leave, and you're just lying there fixing. Morality isn't so good either. You miss your work and colleagues that you see every day. Completely dependent on yourself and assigned to yourself and as I said, thinking too hard is not good for anyone.
