No-waste curd bread pie
This recipe is the result of 2 recipes that I combined. One recipe was to make a cake out of stale bread and the other recipe was for a curd bulb.
We had some failed soft sourdough balls that no one ate. If you know what a job it is to make it, you understand that throwing it away is not an option.
This recipe is very simple and the quantities do not listen particularly closely. You can halve all quantities below if you have less stale bread. Then you just use a smaller baking pan.
