Not everyone likes it, Halloween...!
We all associate October, with Halloween. Truly happy children are looking forward to the night to order sweet. share with their friends, adults have as excuse this holiday to showcase their best costumes.
Lots of laughter, on the streets as leaves fall from autumn trees. Tons of horror/horror movies on television. Endless Great Things.
But did you know what?
In Belleville, Illinois, people over 12 years old are prohibited from ordering candy on Halloween.
Teens and adults who do so may face fines of between $100 and 1000 dollars.
Mayor of Belleville signed an ordinance in 2008 prohibiting anyone over 12 years of age from doing tricks.
More precisely, the ordinance prohibits “seeking or obtaining gifts, food, sweets or contributions of money, as is commonly known and commonly referred to as 'trick or treat' in the celebration of Halloween”.
“An exception is made for disabled older children accompanied by caregivers”.

Something I don't know, I see no problems in this practice, much have categorized that day as something evil pagan evil evil. And it's no different than a carnival day
