November month of UNESCO

#yoorsnovember Unesco was created at the end of World War II, with the aim of re-establishing the educational systems of those allied countries impacted by the war .

With the participation of forty-four countries, a conference was held in November 1945 at United Nations headquarters, thirty-seven of which approved the founding of UNESCO and its constitution was signed and entered into force from 4 November 1946. Subsequently, its main office was inaugurated in the 7th arrondissement of Paris in 1958.

That is why every 4 November is celebrated on United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization: UNESCO Day (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization: UNESCO).

Eradicate illiteracy, Safeguarding cultural heritage, Promoting media pluralism and diversity, promoting the free movement of ideas are its main objectives.

At present, this international organization has 195 countries, as well as 8 associate members, promoting peace and cultural diversity.
