Recipe oatmeal cupcakes

Today I make oatmeal cupcakes! You can eat it for breakfast, but also great as a snack with a cup of coffee or a glass of tea! This time I filled them with blueberries, for an extra flavor with fruit. And blueberries are not only tasty, but also healthy!

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put the oatmeal, bananas, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt in a bowl and mix it with a mixer or blender until smooth. Add the blueberries. Spoon with two spoons or a pancake batter spoon is also extremely useful is my experience, the batter in the muffin molds. Put them in the middle of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until cooked. You want to know if they're cooked? Grab a cocktail stick and poke it in a muffin. When the prick is removed and it is dry, the cupcakes are cooked! Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
