I am definitely enjoying more and more this process that I decided to carry out, eating healthy should not be boring or bad!
Today I prepared a delicious omelette with oatmeal salt and sweet paprika, mix it with water and then to the pan.
I made the filling by boiling cauliflower just a little and then I processed it without it getting too undone, apart from cutting white onion, red onion, tomato and chives I sautéed them in olive oil, gave it color with onoto and a touch of salt.
Clever!
I served it with avocado and my lunch was deli, deli!!!
Dare you will see results very soon not only in reducing measures, but changing habits brings us back health and that is what is important.
