#history Hey! It's me again, how are you? I hope so well, today I bring you a horror story that I think will occupy you, the story starts as follows:

-Maybe you remember this scary story, because it is quite recent and appeared in various media. A New Jersey family sued the previous owners of their home after receiving three disturbing letters from someone who called himself The Observer, who was obsessed with the 1905 colonial style house and its new residents. The person who wrote the letters had a rather macabre way of speaking, referring to the three children of Derek and Maria Broaddus as “the young blood you brought me", asking questions like, “Have you found out what's on the website? walls? ? “(You can read the full letter here).

The lawsuit, which is still in court, was filed after the Broaddus family had left the house for fear of their safety. The reason is that the previous owners knew about “the Observer", but did not bother to warn them in advance. The house went for sale in February 2015, but the ad was removed after the story began to attract media attention.

Last month, the Broaddus family did something brilliant. Since no one wanted to pay a million dollars for such a house, at the planboard they asked permission to demolish the house and replace it with two new houses.
