Oedipus Complex
The Oedipus complex is a term used by Sigmund Freud in his theory of psychosexual development to describe a child's feeling for his mother and hatred of his father. This hatred is due to the fact that the child perceives his father as a competitor for obtaining his mother's affection and expresses his feelings in the form of anger, tantrums and disobedient behavior. This complex is one of the most controversial in Freud's theory. #iamacreator
