(6) It first occurs in the foetus just before the eyes form and surrounds blood vessels. Once the eye has formed, it is slowly broken down. In a teenager, this job, without bloodstreams, can sometimes still be found. The number 4 represents the vitreous that is everywhere in the eye in between.
